• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions in the McDonald's Polska office;
• Collaborate with managers and business leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies;
• Advise on recruitment, candidate selection, and effective employee acquisition processes;
• Actively source candidates using various recruitment methods and tools;
• Create, publish, and promote job advertisements while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process;
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and other external partners;
• Support talent identification, succession planning, and employee development processes;
• Coordinate selected development activities for office employees, including cooperation with training providers, program participants, and business stakeholders;
• Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives supporting organizational and employee development.

• Independently conduct end-to-end recruitment processes;
• Build partner relationships with managers and candidates;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Have experience working with ATS systems such as SuccessFactors and other tools supporting recruitment and talent management;
• Be interested in new solutions and trends in Talent Acquisition and be willing to implement improvements in recruitment processes;
• Be proactive, well-organized, and collaborative;
• Have English and Polish communication skills sufficient for fluent communication.
