Lidl operates a retail business with logistics teams and warehouses across the UK.

• Lead the end-to-end hiring process for key operational roles;
• Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone interviews;
• Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines;
• Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS);
• Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback;
• Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages;
• Handle queries around contracts and documentation;
• Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues;
• Support recruitment reports and performance tracking.

• Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong organisational and communication skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines;
• Confidence using ATS systems, including SuccessFactors;
• Passion for delivering a great candidate experience;
• Self-motivated and able to work well both in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment.
