Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Recruit for multiple positions across Germany, the UK, and other international markets;
• Develop sourcing strategies and produce target candidate lists for live roles;
• Search for candidates through databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking referrals, and other sourcing channels;
• Track candidate pipelines, priorities, and performance data for internal stakeholders;
• Partner with HR Business Partners on candidate selection, compensation, and recruitment strategy;
• Improve talent attraction methods and recruitment processes;
• Collaborate with business areas to align resource planning;
• Market local recruitment events to attract candidates;
• Support recruiting activities across multiple countries.

• Advanced English and German language skills;
• Bachelor's degree preferred; or a high school diploma with additional experience;
• 5+ Years of experience in a recruiting environment;
• Proven success managing high workloads and difficult recruitment searches;
• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from kickoff to candidate interviews;
• Resourcefulness, initiative, and ability to develop innovative solutions for difficult openings;
• Experience with employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to prioritize, push back, demonstrate urgency, and remain customer-focused and collaborative;
• Nice to have: Experience with Workday HRIS and Recruiting.

• Fixed-term contract;
