• Run the entire recruitment journey, from crafting job postings to conducting interviews and assessments;
• Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to support international recruitment efforts;
• Improve recruitment methods and processes to identify and attract suitable candidates;
• Establish a robust talent pipeline for open and future positions;
• Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with exceptional candidates;
• Facilitate seamless job offer processes;
• Deliver clear communication and guidance to candidates and hiring managers;
• Champion Freenow’s brand identity throughout the recruitment process.

• Proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting, either in-house or in an agency;
• Confidence in networking and building relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organizations;
• Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools;
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), knowledge of another language.
