Talent Acquisition Specialist

Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company that utilizes design and optimization to help clients generate more revenue from website traffic. The organization serves major brands including Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, and VWO.

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events;
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates;
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit;
• Create and post job advertisements;
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics;
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements;
• Scout talent on hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn;
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices;
• Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.

• Enthusiastic approach to learning about people and their experiences;
• Professional representation of the company to prospective hires;
• Ability to quickly understand company operations and communicate roles clearly;
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence;
• Excellent organizational skills to track candidates, statuses, and documentation;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Familiarity with ATS tools;
• Nice to have: Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers, understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
