- Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms;
- Craft compelling job postings and advertisements;
- Engage with passive candidates and promote the company as an employer of choice;
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and compatibility;
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams;
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and update profiles with feedback;
- Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and expectations;
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability;
- Facilitate the decision-making process and offer feedback to improve selection;
- Assist in extending job offers, including negotiations and explanation of benefits;
- Coordinate with HR and IT departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process;
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring outcomes in the ATS;
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and make data-driven improvements.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3+ Years of experience in recruiting for technical roles, including software development, data engineering, DevOps, or business consulting;
- Familiarity with technical methodologies and industry-specific terminology;
- Experience with interview techniques and assessment methods for technical candidates;
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills;
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Nice to have: Certifications in HR or recruitment fields.
