Develop templates, checklists, trackers and simple programme guides.Help gather information on internship requirements across different locations.Maintain accurate programme records and documentation.Support reporting on applications, participation, completed projects, feedback and potential future hiring.Prepare clear updates and presentations for the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders.Support the wider Talent Acquisition team
Contribute to other Talent Acquisition operations and improvement projects where needed.Look for simple ways to improve processes and reduce unnecessary administration.Explore how digital tools and AI can make the programme easier to manage and improve the experience for candidates and managers.Share ideas, challenge existing approaches and help us test new ways of working.We are more interested in your curiosity, organisation and willingness to learn than in a specific degree subject.
You must be fluent in English and Spanish.
