Support Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate sourcing activities.Conduct targeted talent searches through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.Research talent markets and identify potential candidate pools.Support diversity sourcing initiatives and proactive talent mapping activities.Documentation & Process Excellence
Organize and maintain Talent Acquisition documentation, templates, process guides, and knowledge articles.Review documentation regularly to ensure policies, processes, and best practices remain current and easily accessible.Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and standardization.Reporting & Insights
Support the preparation of recruitment and sourcing reports.Track key Talent Acquisition metrics and data trends.Assist with data validation and quality checks.Team & Project Support
