Bitpanda operates a user-friendly investment platform that enables customers to invest in cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals, and commodities. Its products serve more than 7 million customers across Europe.

• Draft HR documentation and handle administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
• Maintain, update, and audit employee records in Workday
• Resolve first-line employee inquiries through Jira while meeting team SLAs
• Collaborate with the HR Operations team on operational projects and process improvements
• Contribute to seamless employee experiences through a data-driven approach and commitment to quality

• Passion for HR Operations, People processes, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and resolution standards
• Adaptability, eagerness to learn new tools, and ownership of daily support tasks
• Comfortable with modern technology and quick to learn HRIS, ticketing platforms, and other systems
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset and empathy

• 12-Month internship starting January 1, 2027; interviews begin in November 2026
