• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization (GTM and beyond): sourcing, screening, interview process management, and closing.
• Source proactively across various platforms and tools, blending modern AI-assisted sourcing with your own network and direct outreach.
• Lead with relationships: reach candidates through your own professional network, not just inbound applications or cold sourcing.
• Give every candidate a high-touch, closely-managed experience: clear communication, real attention, and a process that reflects well on Upwind.
• Fully unlock our internal potential: referrals, employee networks, and every internal connection we have, as a real, ongoing source of talent, not an afterthought.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ, and stay aligned with team goals and standards.

• Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting: sourcing, screening, process management, closing.
• A real, established professional network built over your career, not just online connections, but relationships people actually respond to.
• A relationship-first way of working. You'd rather spend real time getting a placement right than move fast and loose across a large volume.
• Comfort and fluency with AI-assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology. You seek these tools out, you don't avoid them.
