• Publish job openings on different platforms.
• Actively search for technology talent.
• Contact candidates and take part in selection interviews.
• Follow up on recruitment processes and maintain close communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with the team to understand hiring needs.
• Learn about different profiles and technologies in the IT market.
• Keep information updated in our recruitment tools.

• With a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources or related studies.
• Interested in the world of technology and talent recruitment.
• Good communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
• Organized and eager to learn.
• Proactive attitude, energy and motivation to develop professionally.
