At AXPE Catalunya, we work with the latest technology and continue to grow. We are looking for graduates in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Science or a similar field, with no previous experience, to join our Organization and Development (O+D) team, the area that connects our clients with the technology talent they need.

• Understand what each client and position needs together with the Account Manager.
• Actively search for candidates on LinkedIn, job portals and in-house databases.
• Call, interview and assess many candidates each week.
• Present the position and project clearly and honestly.
• Prepare candidates for their interviews with the client and support them until they join.
• Work towards targets and manage rejections and changes of plans, which are part of the process.

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Science or a similar field. No experience is required.
• Residence in Barcelona or the surrounding area.
• Genuine interest in working with people, communicating and negotiating, and in growing in a technology consultancy.
• Good communication skills and empathy.
• Catalan, Spanish and English.

• Immediate start through a paid 6-month internship, with training in technology and commercial dynamics from day one.
• Permanent contract with AXPE upon completion of the internship.
