Hanson Search is a recruitment business that headhunts and attracts talent for the Middle East market.

• Support consultants and senior members of the Dubai-based team
• Map out markets and headhunt candidates for the Middle East market
• Manage candidate communications
• Handle administration and database management

• Knowledge of sourcing exceptional candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines
• A mature, positive outlook, curiosity, and willingness to learn about businesses and different industry sectors
• Technical aptitude and ability to use recruitment technologies, with a desire to keep learning and developing

• Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm CET
• 20 Holiday days plus North Macedonian or UK bank holidays
