Senior HR Generalist in fintech

TradingView is a financial analysis and charting platform used by more than 100M traders and investors across 180+ countries. It provides advanced charting, market data, collaboration, publishing, and trading tools.

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments;
• Act as the main point of contact for the external payroll partner;
• Oversee and communicate social security movements, including hires, terminations, and contract variations;
• Maintain and update employee records with 100% data integrity;
• Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters;
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements;
• Manage right-to-work verification and visa/residency status for international employees;
• Oversee employee benefits administration and act as the primary contact for benefit vendors;
• Support annual salary and bonus review processes;
• Lead the administrative side of onboarding;
• Manage offboarding, including exit documentation, settlements, and equipment retrieval;
• Handle employee inquiries about payslips, taxes, and leave management;
• Manage the administration of diversity and inclusion initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with mandatory legal standards;
• Monitor and report workplace diversity metrics;
• Maintain documentation and records regarding diversity, inclusion, and equality;
• Maintain a comprehensive database of hires, terminations, salaries, and employee changes;
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on turnover, absenteeism, and headcount growth;
• Use HR data to identify trends, improve department efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making;
• Coordinate with the Jira team to adjust the platform for HR workflow automation.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles;
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll procedures;
• Proven experience managing benefits;
• High attention to detail;
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
• Fluent Spanish and English at a professional level;
• Nice to have: Experience in finance or trading, familiarity with TradingView as a product.
