Recruitment specialist

This full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role is based in Yerevan and focuses on managing end-to-end hiring processes for Stellux Partners. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define position requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, and actively sourcing candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes
• Conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules
• Guide candidates through each stage of the selection process
• Maintaining recruitment records
• Supporting employer branding initiatives
• Contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms for talent acquisition.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple open positions and deadlines.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a professional, ethical approach to candidate evaluation.
