- Source, engage, and close international tech talent
- Scout global talent using smart, AI-first sourcing
- Own the full candidate journey, from the first call to closing
- Conduct structured interviews and prepare actionable summaries for Hiring Managers
- Improve hiring workflows in collaboration with Founders and Team Leads
требования
- 3+ Years in recruitment, including 2+ years in tech hiring
- Experience hiring for start-ups and scale-ups
- Ability to work independently with hiring managers and technical teams
- Global sourcing experience across the USA, EU, LATAM, and other regions
- Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools
- Fluent English
