• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer extension;
• Source high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and professional networks;
• Execute targeted talent acquisition strategies and passive candidate headhunting;
• Advise client partners on hiring requirements and refine job descriptions;
• Provide market landscape insights;
• Conduct structured screening calls and competency-based interviews;
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline;
• Manage candidate offer discussions, pre-closing, and salary negotiations;
• Provide timely, constructive feedback throughout the recruitment funnel;
• Track recruitment metrics, optimize conversion rates, and manage KPIs.

• 3–4 Years of professional experience in an HR or recruitment agency environment;
• Proven experience in direct candidate sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks;
• Experience managing international recruitment projects and multi-market searches;
• Proficiency in English and Russian, written and spoken;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong analytical thinking, self-organization, and ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
