Brunel connects experienced legal and financial specialists with clients in the financial sector through its Financial Services team.

• Find, attract, convince, and retain the right professionals for Brunel;
• Build and maintain a strong network of Financial Services specialists;
• Present Brunel’s strong brand and encourage professionals to join;
• Convince professionals that Brunel is the right place to develop their careers;
• Maintain warm relationships with professionals;
• Identify commercial opportunities in the market;
• Convince Sales Consultants to approach clients with the right profiles.

• Hold at least an hbo diploma, preferably in a relevant field;
• Have several years of experience as a Recruiter or intercedent at senior level;
• Have an affinity with the financial sector and/or legal profiles;
• Have a proactive, commercial, and results-oriented mindset;
• Be socially skilled and empathetic;
• Switch easily between different conversation partners;
• Demonstrate strong perseverance;
• Nice to have: experience building networks.
