Recruiter

Altery is an international fintech company that provides innovative payment and financial solutions, including digital wallets, crypto services, and cross-border financial products.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding handover;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search;
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, advise on recruitment best practices, and support interview and selection processes;
• Deliver a professional and seamless recruitment experience through timely communication and coordination;
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), prepare recruitment reports, and ensure compliance with internal processes and GDPR requirements;
• Support recruitment campaigns and promote the company as an employer of choice across international markets;
• Contribute to recruitment improvements and support wider People & Talent projects.

• 3–5 Years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition;
• Experience hiring across multiple business functions and seniority levels;
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search;
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies;
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech, technology, financial services, or another high-growth industry, additional European languages.
