• Publish and track job offers;
• Manage and review candidate applications;
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates;
• Participate in selection processes for various company areas;
• Manage and update information in Workday;
• Collaborate on Talent Acquisition projects;
• Participate in Employer Branding and DEI initiatives;
• Support cross-functional projects within the Talent team.

• Ability to formalize an internship agreement with a university or study center;
• Currently enrolled in a degree, master's, or similar program;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Initiative, collaborative attitude, and willingness to contribute;
• Nice to have: Knowledge or background in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, high level of English, interest in data or project management, previous experience in people-related projects.
