• Ensure personnel effectiveness within the business unit and alignment with strategic goals and financial targets;
• Manage staffing and ensure the business unit has the required number of employees who successfully complete probation;
• Foster employee engagement and retention;
• Implement and enforce HR processes within the business unit in compliance with company policies and regulations;
• Monitor and measure manager and employee satisfaction with the HR function.

• 4+ Years of successful experience in an HR BP / HRD role with exposure to investment environments or portfolio companies;
• Experience working directly with founders and C-level stakeholders;
• Understanding of company growth stages from seed to growth and practical cap table basics;
• Ability to implement and ensure execution of employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, development, succession planning, performance management, and offboarding;
• Proven experience managing key HR metrics, including payroll budget, turnover, efficiency, engagement, and loyalty, with hands-on C&B and analytics experience;
• Experience working across multiple entities or business units, such as portfolio companies or a multi-asset environment;
• Strong persistence and ability to drive results;
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on data, metrics, and outcomes;
• Strong project management skills;
• Ability to operate in uncertainty;
• Strong command of both Russian and English.
