- Keep local decisions close to local HR teams;
- Own organisational design and workforce planning;
- Drive performance and leadership development;
- Manage compensation, progression, and retention;
- Lead succession planning and talent development;
- Oversee employee relations and multi-country compliance;
- Improve HR systems, people data, and processes;
- Participate directly in executive decision-making;
- Shape the global HR function;
- Improve HR through data and AI.
требования
- HR leadership experience within a growing tech organisation;
- Experience managing international HR teams;
- Strong knowledge of talent and performance management;
- Experience with compensation and career frameworks;
- Confidence using HR data to guide decisions;
- Practical, hands-on approach to leadership;
- English at B2 level;
- Nice to have: experience in technology, gaming, or product companies.
