• Have 5+ years of experience on positions HRD, Head of HR and senior HR leadership role;
• Demonstrate proven experience managing a team of 10+ and supporting operations in a company with 1000+ employees;
• Possess deep understanding of modern HR practices and tools, with the ability to scale processes in a fast-growing environment;
• Have strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR solutions;
• Show excellent communication and leadership skills and proven collaboration with top management;
• Have previous experience in a tech or IT-driven environment;
• Nice to have: international HR experience.
