• Conduct vacancy intake meetings and advise hiring managers on role profiles, recruitment strategies, and the IT labor market
• Source, approach, and engage IT professionals through LinkedIn and personal networks
• Conduct candidate intake meetings and perform initial content and technical screening
• Coordinate interviews and assessments and guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Conduct employment terms discussions and build talent pools for hard-to-fill IT profiles
• Manage the full recruitment process, from vacancy intake and sourcing through selection, interviews, and employment terms discussions
• Launch initiatives related to employer branding, events, and third-party partnerships
• Assess candidates’ motivation, career aspirations, and technical knowledge, including transferable skills
• Create an excellent candidate experience and keep hiring managers engaged throughout the process

• Minimum higher professional education (HBO) level
• At least four years of relevant recruitment or staffing experience, for example as a corporate or agency recruiter
• Experience independently managing recruitment processes and active sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter
• Affinity with IT and the ability to assess technical experience at a high level and ask follow-up questions
• Experience in stakeholder management and a proactive, results-oriented, candidate-focused approach
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
