• Act as a trusted People Partner to global technology leaders, translating business objectives into people initiatives that improve organizational performance and long-term success
• Analyze headcount trends and business forecasts, anticipate talent needs, design scalable staffing models, and work with leaders on succession plans
• Partner with the Talent team to optimize recruitment strategies and onboarding for technology hires
• Build and manage performance frameworks, supporting managers with goal setting, continuous feedback, and development plans
• Design and deliver technical upskilling and leadership development programs aligned with global priorities
• Resolve workplace issues, lead engagement and retention initiatives, and maintain feedback channels
• Create scalable HR policies aligned with global best practices and local labor regulations, and monitor regulatory changes
• Improve HR processes, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, and reporting through automation and best practices
• Use HR analytics to track metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

• Minimum 7–10 years in HRBP or HR leadership roles within fast-growing technology companies, supporting global technical organizations
• Experience managing HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and policy implementation in complex, fast-paced environments, especially in Poland
• Ability to translate business objectives into people strategies and use data to inform decisions and measure impact
• Extensive experience leading recruitment initiatives, designing onboarding programs, and implementing performance frameworks
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior leaders and build trust across diverse international teams
• Pragmatic, business-oriented approach; comfortable challenging the status quo, driving change, and coaching leaders
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent English (CEFR B2+)
