• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech functions including ML/AI, Platform, and Data;
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders by shaping hiring strategies and defining sourcing and assessment approaches;
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks across the hiring funnel;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis;
• Analyze data to generate recruitment insights and support data-informed hiring decisions;
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey;
• Drive and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects focused on processes, scalability, and ways of working.

• 5+ Years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-growing, product international companies or scale-ups in a competitive market;
• Understand the challenges and needs of growing businesses, especially those of a scale-up disrupting an industry;
• Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills;
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions with confidence;
• Have experience in data-driven recruitment, including generating reports and tracking performance metrics;
• Know the fundamentals of talent acquisition and apply a creative, inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools;
• Have experience hiring on the Polish tech talent market;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: German market experience.
