• Own the full-cycle search and hiring process for C-level, C-1, and C-2 roles across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, from market mapping and direct sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Hire, train, and grow a recruiting team of 2–3 people, allocate roles, and ensure pipeline quality
• Establish executive search processes, tools, and metrics within the company
• Partner with founders and function leaders to understand each role’s profile and business context
• Build and maintain a talent map across robotics, AI, and adjacent industries
• Represent the company in the top-candidate market and lead high-level negotiations

• 7+ Years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion in executive search or headhunting for C-level and above
• Proven track record closing C-1 and C-2 level roles in Operations, Engineering, Finance, or Legal
• Experience in robotics, hardware-tech, or adjacent AI companies
• Experience building and managing a small recruiting team
• Strong direct sourcing, market mapping, and negotiation skills with top-tier candidates
• Comfortable operating in high ambiguity and fast growth without heavy corporate process
