The international broker provides clients with access to trading and copy-trading solutions across LatAm, MENA, SA, and SEA. Its offering includes Forex, Stocks, Crypto, Indices, Synthetic Indices, Commodities, AI-powered features, the proprietary Nomo Trading Platform, MetaTrader 5, and a mobile application.

• Build the recruitment process from scratch, including standards, job profiles, evaluation matrices, and ATS stages;
• Manage the recruitment team and coordinate external agencies;
• Close open core-team roles and support planned team growth;
• Run PeopleOps, including onboarding, the handbook, HR policies, and employment support;
• Personally close complex, domain-specific roles through market mapping and direct sourcing;
• Take part in industry events.

• 3–5 Years of recruitment experience, ideally in trading or brokerage, or adjacent industries such as crypto or gambling;
• Experience building a recruitment process from scratch;
• Experience managing a recruitment team;
• English from B2;
• You must be based in Europe;
• Nice to have: experience working with agencies, hiring experience in LatAm and/or Asia.
