QA Engineer (manual)

Yo builds an AI inference platform that runs directly on smartphones, transforming mobile devices into components of a global AI network.

• Test Android and iOS bench applications across a range of real devices;
• Test the admin console, including device management, runtime settings, model catalog, and model releases;
• Verify the accuracy of telemetry and logs to ensure events and values match device activity;
• Sanity-check benchmark results such as tokens/sec, thermal, and battery impact for plausibility;
• Test the web chat product, including model selection, response rendering, and cross-browser chat behavior;
• Document bugs and data-quality issues with sufficient clarity for engineering action;
• Build test automation for repetitive manual testing processes.

• Manual QA experience across mobile apps (Android and iOS) and web;
• Ability to read structured logs and telemetry to verify data correctness beyond crash detection;
• Numeracy skills to sanity-check performance and benchmark data;
• Experience testing admin or back-office tools, including configuration changes, CRUD flows, and permission-sensitive actions;
• Ability to produce clear and precise bug reports;
• Nice to have: Test automation experience in any framework or language, experience testing AI/ML products, model benchmarking tools, or performance-sensitive systems, real-device testing across various Android OEMs and iOS hardware generations, SQL or log-query tooling experience.
