• Plan test automation for existing and upcoming projects, including unit, integration, E2E, and performance tests;
• Support the team with quality testing;
• Integrate automated tests into Azure Pipelines;
• Brainstorm with the team on upcoming projects and keep testing and quality in focus;
• Mentor team members on new testing technologies;
• Collaborate proactively with the development team to ensure code is testable and achieves comprehensive test coverage;
• Work closely with the product owner by providing the current status and upcoming project quality plan;
• Develop testing software, including tools, frameworks, and automated tests;
• Create tests, conduct testing, and implement test automation routines.

• 5+ Years of experience as an SDET, QA Engineer, or Quality Engineer with automated tests in production CI;
• Solid knowledge of testing types and methods, including choosing between unit, integration, functional, and E2E testing;
• Strong experience testing complex APIs and integrations, including authentication, persistence, downstream HTTP, and messaging;
• Ability to read YAML and JSON configurations and trace behavior across services;
• Proven experience delivering automated suites and, ideally, shared test libraries or pipeline templates;
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, dependency management, and DevOps-style teams;
• Experience with BDD/Gherkin, Xray, or Reqnroll;
• Willingness to review, correct, and constrain AI-generated tests;
• Self-driven and proactive approach;
• Ability to communicate with business and engineering stakeholders;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Curiosity about AI-assisted testing, Cypress, Kafka consumer testing.
