- Develop and take responsibility for an overarching quality strategy (microservices, microfrontends, and legacy systems)
- Build a modern, scalable testing landscape
- Establish standards and processes
- Enable developers to ensure sustainable quality
- Ensure structure, stability, and quality in a growing software organization
требования
- Deep understanding of modern testing strategies (test pyramid, unit, component, contract, end-to-end, and performance tests)
- Very good knowledge of TypeScript and practical experience with Playwright, Jest, and/or Vitest
- Experience with microservice architectures, microfrontends, and API/contract testing
- Expertise in building and further developing test automation and test frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of architecture and systems, including legacy integration
- Ability to coach development teams and build a quality culture
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Ownership, strong prioritization skills, and systems thinking
