Financial analyst in the automotive industry

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you create transparency for our corporate management through meaningful analyses, reporting and forecasts, and actively develop our controlling structures. In doing so, you combine analytical strength with initiative and genuine scope to shape things.

• Create and further develop meaningful monthly and management reports, as well as relevant KPIs for corporate management
• Take responsibility for budget and forecast processes, including ongoing plan-versus-actual analyses
• Conduct variance and cost-effectiveness analyses and derive specific recommendations for action
• Prepare business analyses and evaluations to support management and departments
• Build and further develop KPI systems and dashboards, particularly with Power BI
• Prepare and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, potential and areas for action
• Further develop and automate existing controlling and reporting processes
• Actively contribute to cross-departmental projects and the further development of our controlling structures

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, mathematics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company
• Extensive experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Very good Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems
• Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of data-driven corporate management
• Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business relationships
• Ability to analyze complex matters in a structured way and present them clearly to different stakeholders
• Very good spoken and written German
• Strong initiative and enthusiasm for questioning existing processes and actively developing them further

• Attractive compensation: €70,000–€90,000 gross per year
