Product manager für Integrationen

As Product Manager Integration, you will take responsibility for one of the key drivers of our growth: the fast, scalable and standardized integration of new customers into our collections platform. Your focus will be on building sustainable product, process and collaboration structures. Working closely with our Product Experience team for Integration & Onboarding, as well as Tech and Operations teams, you will develop features and processes that make integrations more efficient, reusable and scalable.

• You develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for technical customer integration and the standardized mapping of new requirements onto our collections platform – consistently focused on scalability and product value.
• You understand the needs of internal and external customers, assess business potential and derive well-founded product decisions and priorities from them.
• You bring together different teams, stakeholders and perspectives, establish efficient collaboration models, build acceptance and create shared ownership of product decisions.
• Together with your team, you translate business requirements into scalable product solutions and develop standardized components, templates and configuration solutions.
• You establish agreed standards (interfaces, data models, processes) and ensure that they are consistently applied by customer managers.

• Several years of experience (3+ years) in product management, with proven success in developing and scaling digital products or platforms.
• A strong product mindset, with experience in product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and defining and using success metrics.
• Strong technical affinity and practical experience using artificial intelligence in production to support product development or work processes.
• Fluent German and English (at least C1) and excellent communication skills in an international environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without disciplinary authority, aligning different stakeholders and successfully supporting change in organizations.
• Enjoyment of structuring complex relationships and building sustainable standards, processes and documentation.
