• Become an expert in the Talon.One product and the area owned by the team;
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering functions to ensure consistently high-quality features;
• Set the test strategy and engage critically with all functions from the outset of each feature;
• Ensure design and behavioral consistency between features and strong, efficient test coverage at every level;
• Determine which test scenarios belong in the end-to-end automated test suite and implement them using Cypress;
• Help junior Quality Engineers, provide timely feedback, and guide them to success;
• Contribute to mentorship programs and onboarding new joiners.

• Communicate effectively and clearly in English and precisely describe complex interactions;
• Architect a strong test strategy;
• Have a strong track record of advocating for quality throughout the development process;
• Have 3–6+ years of experience delivering quality web applications with test automation, including REST APIs/GraphQL.
