QA Engineer (auto)

The company provides financial services and develops payment systems.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality;
• Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and backend applications;
• Identify, report, and track defects to resolution;
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper test coverage;
• Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on testing practices and techniques;
• Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies;
• Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for quality assurance.

• At least 2 years of experience in testing, including at least 1 year in the banking or financial sector;
• At least 2 years of experience in mobile and backend testing;
• Proficient in various testing methodologies;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with an understanding of SDLC;
• Ability to analyze business requirements to develop test cases and scenarios;
• Strong knowledge of automation testing using Java;
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD processes using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, TeamCity, or similar;
• Ability to analyze logs using tools such as Kibana, Splunk, or the ELK Stack;
• Ability to write SQL queries including JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, and subqueries;
• Ability to create testing reports, analyze quality metrics, and maintain process documentation;
• Strong communication skills;
• English or Russian B2 level.
