• Analyze feature requirements and participate in planning sessions;
• Prepare test documentation including test cases, checklists, and test plans;
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (Android/iOS) and PWAs;
• Participate in feature acceptance processes before releases;
• Maintain and update the test base in TestRail;
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as daily, grooming, retro, and planning;
• Communicate with developers, designers, and the PO regarding identified issues;
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and internal standards.

• 3+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance;
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like TestRail, Xray, or Zephyr;
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Knowledge of browser dev tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques;
• Proficiency in defect tracking systems like Jira;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience working in regulated environments such as gambling, banking, or health tech;
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to quality;
• Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android);
• English B2+;
• Russian native-level proficiency;
• Nice to have: Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO).
