Luxoft is an AI-assisted platform provider specializing in intelligent document processing for investment banking and client onboarding workflows. The company develops solutions that extract data from documents and facilitate automated KYC onboarding processes.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for backend APIs, UI components, and end-to-end IDP document processing flows;
• Build and extend test automation frameworks with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and clear reporting;
• Support automated regression testing across different document types, attributes, and onboarding scenarios;
• Validate extracted results against expected data, golden datasets, and structured ground-truth files;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve feedback loops for development teams;
• Analyze test failures, investigate defects, and work closely with developers to identify root causes;
• Maintain and improve test data handling for anonymized datasets;
• Contribute to test strategy, quality gates, release readiness, and continuous improvement of QA processes;
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an agile delivery model;
• Promote automation-first and engineering-driven quality practices across the team.

• 8+ Years of experience in test automation;
• Strong hands-on experience with Java SE;
• Strong hands-on experience with API testing and backend integration testing;
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium;
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle, TestNG or JUnit, and assertion libraries such as Hamcrest or AssertJ;
• Experience with CI/CD-based test execution and automated test reporting;
• Experience using GitHub Copilot in day-to-day engineering or test automation work;
• Strong test automation design, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills;
• Experience working in agile delivery teams;
• English: C1 Advanced;
• Nice to have: Experience with Python, GitLab CI/CD, testing AI-assisted or document-processing systems, familiarity with AI-related concepts and components such as skills, tools, MCP servers, and agent communication patterns.
