задачи
- Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer engagement and reduce churn;
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle;
- Segment audiences and personalize communications and promotions based on user behavior and data insights;
- Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize for key KPIs including LTV, retention, and churn;
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.
требования
- 2+ Years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles;
- Experience in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle communication;
- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
- Knowledge and ability to calculate the economy of basic mechanics of bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, and daily quests;
- Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;
- Experience with client segmentation, preferably RFM;
- Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics such as CvR, Margin, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, and NGR;
- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;
- Experience working with analytics tools including GA, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio;
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods;
- Nice to have: Background in industries such as e-commerce, iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or mobile apps.
