Product Marketing Manager

Appstero is a company focused on developing digital products and optimizing web acquisition funnels to drive user growth and conversion.

• Own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of web acquisition funnels;
• Research competitors, user behavior, market trends, and emerging growth opportunities;
• Develop new funnel concepts, landing page structures, offers, messaging, and user flows;
• Create technical specifications for Design, Frontend, and Engineering teams;
• Build prototypes and landing pages independently;
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, copy, UX, pricing models, offers, checkout flows, and paywalls;
• Identify bottlenecks in the user journey and implement improvements based on data;
• Build rapid prototypes using no-code platforms and AI development tools;
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, content creation, prototyping, coding, experimentation, and workflow automation;
• Identify opportunities to automate funnel creation, testing, and optimization processes;
• Measure experiment performance using analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions;
• Drive a culture of continuous experimentation by launching high-impact growth initiatives.

• 3+ Years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRO, or Web Funnel Optimization;
• Proven experience building and optimizing high-converting web funnels;
• Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks;
• Experience optimizing landing pages, pricing strategies, checkout experiences, subscription flows, and paywalls;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
• Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, and payment providers;
• Ability to independently own projects from idea through implementation;
• Experience writing technical requirements and collaborating with developers and designers;
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Experience building pages or prototypes using no-code platforms;
• AI-first mindset with practical experience using AI tools;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration cycles;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code, Replit, experience building automations with n8n, experience with subscription-based products, SaaS, or web-to-app funnels, understanding of UX/UI principles and behavioral psychology, basic knowledge of SQL or statistical analysis.
