Performance Marketing Manager

• Manage performance marketing projects for hotel clients as the primary contact for strategic and operational matters;
• Develop cross-channel paid media strategies for 3* to 5* hotels;
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads;
• Manage campaign budgets, analyze KPIs, and implement optimization measures to increase leads and bookings;
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager to prepare reports for clients and internal teams;
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, target audiences, creatives, and landing pages;
• Integrate AI tools to enhance campaign planning, analysis, creative development, and automation;
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients;
• Contribute ideas to improve performance marketing services, processes, and products.

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Business, Media, Marketing, or relevant experience in the hotel/tourism industry;
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a focus on SEA and Paid Social;
• Proficiency in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing;
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently on complex campaigns;
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and new technologies;
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Team spirit, initiative, and a hands-on approach.
