Performance Marketing Manager

Afilio operates a leading digital platform in Germany that provides comprehensive services for retirement planning, estate management, and long-term care. The company offers software-based solutions that enable users to create legally secure documents, manage digital estates, and navigate care-related processes without the need for traditional legal or bureaucratic intermediaries.

• Manage and optimize Google and Bing Search and Display campaigns to meet growth and profitability targets;
• Decide independently on investment levels for marketing channels based on performance data;
• Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels, with a primary focus on Meta;
• Develop concepts and ad copy for advertisements in collaboration with the marketing team;
• Coordinate with the design team for the graphical implementation of ad assets;
• Oversee the performance of landing pages and user flows through systematic testing and conversion rate optimization;
• Analyze and prepare key performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making in coordination with founders and the Marketing Lead.

• 2–4 Years of relevant experience in performance marketing, specifically with Search, Display, and Meta;
• Strong analytical skills combined with a creative approach to ad copy and concept development;
• Proven experience in methodical testing, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making;
• Proactive and autonomous working style with a drive to identify and implement optimization opportunities;
• Fluent in German and English;
• Nice to have: Experience with additional marketing channels and tools.
