• Execute and optimize the full-funnel paid social strategy to drive new customer acquisition at an efficient CPA;
• Manage and deploy a 7-figure annual budget across multiple markets;
• Manage campaign architecture on Meta, including Advantage+ Shopping;
• Execute tests and establish best practices for expansion into new channels like TikTok;
• Manage and optimize large, feed-based campaigns at scale using audience and product segmentation;
• Analyze creative performance and support a rigorous testing framework;
• Dive deep into performance data to identify trends and report on performance to leadership.

• 3-4+ Years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing with a focus on Paid Social;
• Strong expertise in META;
• Proven track record of managing and scaling 7-digit budgets across multiple markets and channels;
• Hands-on experience with at least one other major paid social channel, such as TikTok or Pinterest;
• Strong experience with feed-based advertising, product catalogues, and large D2C e-commerce business challenges;
• Understanding of conversion lift and incrementality testing;
• Highly analytical and data-driven mindset;
• Fluency in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Google Ads, proficiency in another major European language such as French, Spanish, or Polish.
