• Own push marketing initiatives and manage client performance in paid social channels like Meta and TikTok;
• Develop and implement holistic growth strategies;
• Collaborate with the AI engineer to create new approaches for campaigns and post-click experiences;
• Optimize conversion, funnels, and customer journeys;
• Act as a strategic partner for clients and drive account success;
• Analyze data to interpret results and derive concrete scaling measures;
• Work closely with the creative team to increase performance in the push area.

• Proven experience with AI tools such as Claude co-work/Code, openclaw, or similar;
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok ads;
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to derive clear actions from data;
• Hands-on mentality with a focus on operational excellence;
• Ability to take ownership of budgets, performance, and client development;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent in German (at least C1 level);
• Nice to have: Experience in building landing pages (e.g., with AI) and collaborating with technical teams.
