Marketing specialist for financial services

Financial services and insurance (FSI) is a strategic growth vertical for Intellias, with a strong base of global clients across banking, payments, capital markets, and insurance. We are looking for a hands-on marketing specialist who understands B2B marketing and is interested in the FSI market. You will help turn market insights and business priorities into focused content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities.

• Follow the FSI market closely, including regulation, technology, competitors, and client priorities, and turn it into clear calls on what we say and through which channels.
• Help adapt the FSI narrative and value propositions for priority segments and buyer roles, using Intellias expertise and client proof.
• Coordinate thought leadership, social media, PR, and expert visibility activities with the relevant central marketing teams.
• Support co-marketing activities with technology partners, including joint content, webinars, events, and campaigns.
• Partner with the FSI sales team on priority accounts and opportunities by coordinating relevant marketing support, including events, campaigns, content, and follow-up activities.
• Work AI-assisted every day, and build agents, assistants, or automated workflows where they save time or improve quality.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in IT services, technology, consulting, FSI, with hands-on experience marketing to FSI clients.
• Hands-on experience supporting content, campaigns, digital marketing, events, or sales enablement activities.
• Proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to take ownership, drive marketing activities forward, and keep momentum across sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
• Practical use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Perplexity.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
