Head of marketing in IT services

As Global Head of Marketing, you will be a member of the Executive Team and report directly to the CEO. You will inherit an established marketing organization with corporate, industry and talent marketing capabilities. Your mandate is to integrate, strengthen, and scale this structure into a cohesive Growth & Positioning Engine.

• Integrate and evolve corporate, vertical and talent marketing into a unified operating model with clear governance, priorities, and accountability
• Develop and align marketing strategy with vertical P&L priorities and company-wide objectives
• Ensure marketing operates with financial discipline and measurable outcomes
• Lead the continued evolution of the Intellias brand in line with its industry-led and AI-enabled strategy and strengthen its differentiation in the global digital engineering market
• Institutionalize a unified value proposition and messaging framework
• Enhance analyst engagement and market authority
• Create and implement account-based marketing approaches
• Increase marketing influence on pipeline creation and deal acceleration in close partnership with business leaders
• Implement marketing attribution and performance measurement, and reporting frameworks to track marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue
• Foster collaboration between marketing and vertical business leaders
• Lead and develop global marketing leaders and teams
• Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and performance measurement
• Act as a partner to the CEO and Executive Team on market positioning and growth priorities

• Proven VP+ / CMO-level marketing leadership in IT Services or Digital Engineering
• Experience operating in industry-led, P&L-driven growth environments
• Demonstrated ability to connect positioning strategy to measurable revenue outcomes
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive team level
• Strategic thinker with disciplined execution capability in complex, international organizations
