Marketing executive

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organised Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into action, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and take real ownership of their work. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution, has a strong understanding of social media and content marketing, and is eager to learn, experiment, and grow.

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives, from brainstorming creative concepts to coordinating production and publication.
• Take marketing initiatives from concept to delivery, coordinating with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor content and campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with the internal team and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

• Previous experience in marketing, particularly in social media management and content marketing.
• Strong content planning, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
• Understanding of lead-gen tactics and funnel optimization
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability: Someone who takes responsibility for projects from start to finish, follows through on commitments, and proactively solves problems.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Attention to detail and high standards for the quality of delivered work.
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine willingness to learn new skills, tools, and approaches.
