SoftConstruct develops gaming products, including casino games for operators, affiliates, and other industry stakeholders.

• Craft and evolve product positioning and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels;
• Design and execute Go-to-Market strategies for new game releases;
• Sustain momentum for existing successful titles;
• Develop marketing collateral highlighting the USPs of games;
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, PR, and Product teams to turn market insights into product enhancements and promotional campaigns.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 2+ Years of experience in product marketing or brand management, preferably within IT or Fintech sectors;
• Proven success launching and promoting products with measurable business results;
• Deep understanding of GTM strategies, promotional mechanics, and player retention techniques;
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to optimize marketing strategies and ROI;
• Ability to conduct market research and competitor benchmarking;
• Experience overseeing high-quality marketing assets aligned with product value propositions;
• Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to translate technical game features into player-facing benefits;
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration between technical product and commercial sales teams;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent new game releases;
• Nice to have: prior experience in the iGaming or gaming industry.
