• Own and execute the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across acquisition funnels, campaigns, promotions, and core onsite journeys
• Develop, prioritise, and manage a structured programme of A/B and multivariate tests
• Identify optimisation opportunities through funnel analysis, behavioural data, heatmaps, and user research
• Analyse user behaviour, drop-offs, and performance metrics to uncover bottlenecks and commercial opportunities
• Define experiment requirements and brief UX, development, and product teams on implementation and validation
• Ensure proper tracking, QA, and statistical integrity across experiments
• Translate data insights into actionable improvements across design, messaging, and content
• Report findings to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making with data-backed recommendations
• Select and manage CRO and experimentation tools to enable scalable testing

• 5+ Years’ experience in CRO, experimentation, digital marketing, or web analytics
• Proven experience owning and scaling an experimentation roadmap
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Webtrends Optimize, or AB Tasty
• Strong understanding of statistical methodology and experimental design
• Deep understanding of user psychology and behavioural drivers in digital environments
• Experience optimising acquisition funnels, landing pages, and commercial journeys
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence product and marketing stakeholders
