Exinity provides leveraged trading and market access to retail clients, enabling them to trade and invest in equity, commodity, and FX markets across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

• Perform daily reconciliations of accounts and client funds, ensuring accurate and timely matching of records in the accounting system
• Investigate financial account discrepancies and variances, identify root causes, and follow up with relevant teams to resolve them promptly
• Record and update financial information, maintaining complete and well-organized supporting documentation for compliance and audits
• Prepare regular reconciliation reports, highlight significant discrepancies, and provide analysis to support financial decision-making
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve reconciliation processes, controls, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other relevant teams on external audits, discrepancy resolution, and accurate financial records

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or financial analysis
• Familiarity with reconciliation processes, data entry, and variance analysis in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in accounting and financial software such as SAP or similar systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational and time-management skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies
• Effective communication skills for working with finance teams and explaining findings
