• Design and execute CRM strategies to activate, engage, and retain users across 9 markets;
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery from ideation to execution across multiple channels;
• Advise on global and local initiatives to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time;
• Drive experimentation and optimisation through A/B testing, result analysis, and actionable improvements;
• Lead cross-functional projects including dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, and experimentation frameworks;
• Manage and optimise the campaign calendar and automations in line with lifecycle stages and business priorities;
• Act as the main CRM point of contact and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and local teams.

• 3+ Years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement, ideally at a regional or global level;
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms;
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to influence across teams and markets;
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment;
• Data-driven mindset using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Braze, other European languages.
